There's a special kind of magic in Adelaide before the sun comes up. Waking up for an early morning photography session, I was greeted by this incredible scene. The city was quiet, but the bright lights told a different story. The iconic Adelaide Oval was alive with colour, casting a vibrant glow that danced across the River Torrens with the reflections from the footbridge.

It’s moments like these that I live for as a photographer. Capturing the stillness and electric energy that coexist in the blue hour, just before the world awakens. The little paddle boats were all docked and resting, waiting for the day's adventures, contrasting beautifully with the dynamic light show happening all around them. This is what I adore about photography in Adelaide – there's always a hidden spectacle to be found if you're willing to look.
