Clean Feed promoted this album and the players were familiar, so I checked it out. Recorded in Oakland, 2001-2002, by Myles Boisen! How could I have missed this when it was released!? Not sure what Mr Lane is up to now, but New Magical Kingdom is a great example of modern jazz inspired chamber music.
