Just been to #ActiveHealth in Edinburgh for help with my #PlantarFasciitis and some #ShockwaveTherapy. Absolutely awesome there, very friendly, I felt listened to and learnt more about why I'm getting PF than anyone I've been to before. Feeling positive about it for the first time in ages!
