I really want to implement a router-based #VPN on my home network, but am just baffled by hard it has been.

First, #Verizon doesn’t appear to want VPNs, presumably because they’re selling user data. So naturally their provided #Acadyan #G3100 won’t support a VPN install.

So, maybe I can install a compatible router between the optical node terminal #ONT & the G3100 to host the VPN? Surely 1 of the 6 other routers I have lying around could check the box on comparability?
