It had most of the info you needed - and that info was usually correct.
They wanted more and now we've got less.
8 months after they announced a new site for the first time.
And after 6½ months with a temporary site.
And I don't want to go hunting for bits of info here and other bits of info there.
a) I'm talking about the new wst site that we had to wait for for so long.
b) Where do you think they get their information from?
They use the morsels of info that wst throw us, and when there is no up-to-date info they just copy from previous editions of the tournament - which means they sometimes get it wrong when wst makes changes to the format.

Why do I care about the [click here for the] format not being available?
Because the ONLY way to find out over *what distance* the matches are played is the small print on the [click here for the] format page.
Or rather it was.
It's a thing of the past now
AND it was the only place where you could find information about session times for upcoming rounds. Now we've got to wait for wst to kindly publish the following day's schedule.
Another point about their "accessibility feature" - it hides info from you when you're in dark mode (which takes a while to load so you get flashed with a regular white page first). Notice the difference in the two pictures? The name of the tournament is displayed in black in both screenshots which means in dark mode (or "dark contrast" as they call it) it's invisible against the black background.
