Eventually, she built the necessary muscles, and living life became the order of the day. This was, when happiness sparked.
Step by step, she integrated healthy ones. First the breathing, then the nourishment, then walking the talk...
Then she got hungry. This time she wouldn't feed. Nourishment was of the essence.
After she was reborn, she congratulated herself. A raised glass, filled with the water of life caught a tear that mixed in a grain of salt.
The birth was surprisingly easy. One breath after another she moved through the contractions, until the light blasted the tunnel.
It happened during the in-between.
Though first, there was a death. It had been coming for a long time, and she had been prepared.
