#37c3zuse Does metadata such as visitor counts count as "stored data"? If I delegate this collection to another entity am I or are they responsible?

#37c3zuse It seems that we're willingly allowing human rights violations if there is no requirement that these exceptions are reviewed. Does this mean that we could see this struck down in court?

#37c3zuse Are service providers allowed to notify users of the intrusion after the case is finished? Is the SP notified of the end of the case?
