Day 30 (holy fuck holy fuck, only FOUR HOURS AND CHANGE LEFT🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯): What do you look forward to most in S2?

Whatever Gentlebeard crumbs of happiness we get! My strategy is basically not get my hopes up for anything in particular and trust DJenks and crew to tell a more wonderful beautiful story than anything I can come up with. It worked perfectly with the trailer: it was more than I ever dared hope for! I have faith it'll work for S2 too.

Day 30: What do you look forward to most in season 2?

Just seeing everyone back together again. I am such a sucker for queer found family as a trope and I feel weepy thinking about them finding their way back together as a crew.

Day 30: What do you look forward to most in season 2?

Everything. Its existence. The sweet melody of everyone's voices together again. Some of my inner turmoil over unfinished stories seeing some sort of resolution. Me dying when it starts, then coming back to life to keep watching. Jim. Pete admitting when he doesn't know something. Further dismantling of toxic masculinity.

I could go on, but you all are here, you understand. Just... all of it!

Aaaaaand, last one! I can't believe it's been a month and tomorrow we have new stuff to obsess over!

Day 30: What do you look forward to most in season 2?

Mostly, having fun and seeing where the story goes, every part of it: the crew (Jim and Frenchie, Fang, the Swede??), Stede's journey, Ed's chaos, Izzy (whatever they're doing with him bc holy fuck), Lucius, I need to know about Lucius...

But also seeing the result of all the cast & crew efforts to bring it to life.

#30DaysWithOFMD day 30 (OK so I only did like 3 of these, what're you gonna do, keelhaul me?): What I'm most looking forward to in S2 is seeing how thoroughly David Jenkins and this crew of writers demolish all of our expectations and best guesses! I'm just really excited to see what they've done with it. And as a writer (outside of fanfic, I mean) I have a feeling it'll be educational, haha

What I'm most looking forward to in S2:
Hand one: everything, don't make me choose.
Hand, other: I have a great deal of affection for the fics where Ed and Stede are trying to relationship, get in their own way, and realize they need therapy. It sounds like we may actually get a canonical journey of emotional maturity for them, and I love it.
Runner up: learning anything about the rest of the crew.

I think all of them. Really, I think each one of the cast members has a unique style and personality. Like, immediately after atching ofmd, I went to watch Flight of the Conchords, I wanted to watch Newark Newark but couldn't find it, I watched a couple of things with Con. But life is busy and sometimes patience is not that much or I can't find everything easily or I simply forget. I want to see Samba, Samson, Kristian...

Day 28: Favorite crew member

I wanted to post this yesterday but the more I thought about it, the more conflicted I was to choose one. Because in the end, the whole show is product of team work. it couldn't have been possible without the exceptional work of writers, custom designers, hair and make up, directors, edition, set decoration, music, especial effects, visual effects... and all the people involved.

Does it sound corny? Yeah, maybe. But I don't care.

Day 29: Cast mates you'd love to see in another project

Like... multiple people together? Hmm 🤔 Even if the question is about individual cast members, I honestly have to say I'd like to catch up with things they've already done before proposing new projects lol. Like, especially Taika: I haven't even seen Jojo Rabbit! And Rhys; I just started Flight of the Conchords.

Another non-answer, sorry. This cast works so well together there's no bad combo anyway!
