I wen't with yesterday's premium phone

Why does copying text from a PDF not work on #iPhone anymore? I can open a pdf in Safari and highlight text in blue with the start/stop range dragging handles, but the context menu (normally containing Copy, Look up, Share, etc) never appears. Is the menu stuck offscreen? Does this only appear on larger displays? #13mini
