25 years ago, we visited Kauai, Hawaii. In a very out-of-the-way place called Hanalei, we found Bubba's Burgers. There, we fell in love with the "Hubba Bubba," which is sticky rice, sliced hot dogs, a burger patty, cheese, and a lot of "Bubba's Chili" (aka Stagg canned, we believe).
It is messy. It is bad for you. It is disgusting.
It is wonderful, and we make it ourselves.
