Camellia Tea CeremonyA folded crane is called an 'orizuru' (折鶴). It is said that if you fold a thousand cranes, collectively known as 'senbazuru' (千羽鶴), you will be granted one wish.
In total Sadako folded around 1300, but sadly her wish did not come true & she died on October 25th 1955.
