@ColinTheMathmo Likewise! I had a delightful time. I may also have just been seeding the pig puzzle in the minds of some Scottish country dancers.

I thought I would try adding Windows support to a Python package after a decade of people asking, and I am now filled with regret.

If anyone understands why a command in a makefile with redirection strips a layer of escaping, but only in Windows, and only if there's a redirection, your illumination would be much appreciated!

@touloutoumou If it's still available and you want to give it to a complete stranger, I'd love to have it, but no worries if not!

@GeePawHill I enjoyed it while I was watching it, but it hasn't stuck with me in the same way as, for instance, the Good Place.

I've just realised that it's been five years since I made Jeeves and Wooster's Excellent Adventure, probably the piece of art I'm most proud of making. If you're looking for a cosy listen on a bank holiday, I reckon you could do worse! https://michaelwilliamson.co.uk/r/jawea

"One day, Linus accidentally attempted to use his hard drive to dial the university, resulting in his master boot sector starting with "ATDT" and the university modem-pool phone number. After recovering from this, he implemented file permissions in his kernel."
