Participles present a particular challenge when constructing conlangs. How would you express the following in your conlang?

EN: The apple that Judy was being made to eat by John is no longer produced.

In Zokale Z4, this would be:

Note: This example sentence has a high rate of mistranslation when machine translated.

In Japan, it’s titled “Yuki no Odori” (Snow Dance) with lyrics specifically tailored to Japanese themes of snow. However, the translation by Z4 uses the original Slovak folk song lyrics, which are unrelated to snow.

For me, computer music is something I enjoy despite being quite incompetent, so the technical skills are virtually nonexistent. And that won’t change anytime soon.

• The word for “afternoon” was changed from panib‐ to nipab‐ because it was difficult to distinguish from “day (palib‐).”
