What we would need if we expect the virus to have a bigger impact is easy and fast access to testing like in south korea, and a huge increase of hospital/ER capacity, which imo is where the money should go first.
I find it really interesting how governments across the west are creating stimulus packages where they give money to companies so that they aren't affected to bad from #covid19 instead of just spending the money to fight it a lot harder.
