Have begun to enjoy dancing, especially when it’s open air and the music is chill and not too loud. It feels like my body just wants to move. I danced for almost two hours yesterday, in public, without a bit of self-consciousness (and I wasn’t even on any substances). It probably helps that everyone was vibing and it was a general feel-good atmosphere and I had a few friends who were also dancing.
I even tried to hoola hoop! Watched two YouTube shorts but couldn’t get it down 😂. Think it needs a bunch of practice.
