🚀 The #TYPO3 Localization Team gathered in Düsseldorf for a week-long sprint in Q4/2024 to create the #Crowdin extension. It enables backend users to translate labels of the Core and its extensions directly using an in-context feature.

Translate TYPO3 Backend In-Context

The TYPO3 Localization Team gathered in Düsseldorf for a full week during the TYPO3 Community Sprint Q4/2024 and made the TYPO3 extension, Crowdin, a reality. The extension provides an in-context feature which enables TYPO3 backend users to translate labels of the TYPO3 Core and extensions directly in the TYPO3 backend.

The #TYPO3 extension crowdin offers in-context localization of XLF files directly in the TYPO3 backend.
Created by Georg Ringer, the extension started as a proof of concept in 2019, was released in 2022, and now @xperseguers has made it fit for all current TYPO3 versions. Go check it out and give us feedback!
