#coffee and some #DeadKennedys seems like a good way to start a cold Thursday morning

Thanks for so many of you showing up for the #Vizio hearing today. For those of you who couldn't make it, the judge told us at the end she would have her final decision within three weeks (before our next hearing).

Regarding that, mark your calendars, as there is another hearing three weeks from today on THU 2025-12-04. The next hearing is for our motion for summary adjudication. We're asking the Court to decide as a matter of law that we are a 3rd-party beneficiary of GPL & LGPL.

Never had too much #coffee
RSS never tracked you.
Email never throttled you.
Blogs never begged for dopamine.
The old web wasn’t perfect.
But it was yours.
Today's record with coffee is The Misfits Collection. More than anything else I own, this album somehow sounds special in a full analog setup. Somehow fuller bodied than my digital recordings of it
I really wish @[email protected] did not wait till the absolute last minute to announce when/if they are having a conference. A month or two really cuts it close for speakers and such. It is always this time of year where I start to sweat if #OLF is actually going to happen.

Now that school routine is back in full swing, I'm enjoying getting back to starting my day listening to at least part of a record on the turntable my family got me for fathers day.

I only have physical copies of records that have some special meaning to me, so it's always a bit of a trip down memory lane, and a good way to jumpstart the day when I am *very* not a morning person.

Today's selection is sides C&D from Daft Punk

I'm so happy to be back on a nail painting kick. The pop of color is something I was missing, and it let a little too much of the dark in.

I spent 2+ decades dressing in "don't look at me", because of low key depression and big time lack of confidence. That, more than anything else, is why I've skewed so hard into bright colors in recent years. It's to try to keep my own dark at bay. And if I can brighten up someone else's day, all the better.

In the (very short) run up to #Silksong this week, I'm dipping back in for at least a partial playthrough of #HollowKnight. I'm shocked at how much muscle memory I've retained after having not played it for almost 2 years, how quickly I've picked it back up, and once again how stunning the art style is.
