Pride was born as a riot, and has always been an act of defiance. During my life, I survived an internment camp. I came out at 68. I've watched rights get won and now watch them being rolled back. Yet I'm still here, still proud, and still holding Brad's hand. They have never been able to extinguish us or our joy. And they won't start now. Happy Pride, friends. It's been ages since I've shared my morning #coffee with you all.

I enjoy spending a few minutes each morning weighing the beans, selecting a brew method (I may get excitable as to choice there), grinding the beans for that method, and breathing in the smell of it as it brews.

It's a moment to be calm and focused before the madness starts.

And also I get a cup of #coffee after!

Thanks for so many of you showing up for the #Vizio hearing today. For those of you who couldn't make it, the judge told us at the end she would have her final decision within three weeks (before our next hearing).

Regarding that, mark your calendars, as there is another hearing three weeks from today on THU 2025-12-04. The next hearing is for our motion for summary adjudication. We're asking the Court to decide as a matter of law that we are a 3rd-party beneficiary of GPL & LGPL.
