In Plasma 6.4 there's now a HDR calibration tool that's somehow manages to completely break how HDR is presented.
The first image is with Plasma calibrated to 465 nits. Now 10000 nits is the max level! How? Why? All the HDR images look like crap now, as you would expect all the real life content to be mastered to about 1000 nits.
The second image is with Plasma calibrated to 2000 nits (max value). A bit better, but still wrong. The max brightness is at about 1400 nits.
I have a nice test image that goes up to 10000 nits. It's a series of squares with given brightness, going from 100 to 10000 nits.

With Plasma 6.3 or earlier it was displayed with gray levels rising up to 465 nits, which is max what my monitor can show, and all the other rectangles were just pure white, as expected.
I just pushed 300+ commits to Tracy's master branch.
Super cool Markdown renderer. The new ImGui font system. And of course, the LLM integration that actually works (most of the time).
There are more things I want to do with it, but now I'm finally confident it is usable and in good shape.
When converting LaTeX to Markdown with Pandoc you may encounter problematic packages, such as menukeys, and the key combinations you write with it will be silently ignored in the output text.
Fortunately, Pandoc has support for filters and you can do pretty much everything with this powerful tool.
For example, to fix the menukeys problem you can spend an hour trying to make the filters work and then just write some fucking shell script with a bunch of sed calls to make it actually work.
This shit seems to be 100% real, btw.

What if Half-Life 2, but in Poland?
