So I'm curious what are the musical genres that are NOT about authenticity. Every time I watch a mid length video on music they say something like "the world of K-pop runs on authenticity".
I don't have any hate for K-Pop heck I often enjoy it when I actually listen do it.
But is the genre famous for fans so rabid the artists can't date lest they 'ruin the fantasy' the one that runs on authenticity? Is there any genre that people don't say "if you want the fans you need to be authentic".
Ugh.. dang it.... @mixxx is great software but it runs the db and settings files LOCALLY and thus in spite of installing it portable you still need to get into system files to access to DB. You can't roam with your database. You have to overwrite whatever is in the local library.
That is super annoying. A truly portable Mixxx would have been so great. At least I know now rather than tomorrow.
