Getting them out of there means addressing at least a little of each with alternatives.

Years ago, someone told me that if #COVID19 and Long COVID were as dangerous as people say, we'd see it in sick bartenders and restaurant workers. I pointed out the issue was one of age-adjusted risks--bartenders and servers tend to be younger and healthier, so it might not SEEM many are getting sick, but they actually are at a high rate.
