Some fraudulent festivals are so deceptive that they even issue warnings about scams on their own websites—just to gain your trust!
Stay vigilant, research thoroughly, and ensure that your film is submitted to reputable festivals that truly support and celebrate the art of film and their makers.

Dear Filmmakers,
We are increasingly seeing films submitted to us adorned with numerous laurels, awards, and selections from an astonishing number of festivals.
While it’s true that there are many, many, many film festivals worldwide, not all of them are legitimate.
