In the Great Hall of the Scottish National Portrait Gallery for an acoustic concert from #AndrewWasylyk on piano accompanied by a quartet of strings and a trumpeter. It is pretty fine.
#NowPlaying another early 80s classic and easily my favourite album by #SiouxsieAndTheBanshees featuring great guitar work by the much missed John McGeoch.
Back to the future this afternoon with a well loved copy of Organisation by #OrchestralManoeuvresInTheDark. T-shirts were £3.50 + 40p postage back in 1980.
For Edinburgh based fans of @werrafoxma or @aptamusic, #ThorneRecords
also had a copy of the fabulous Echoes on the shelves.
Made a little detour to #ThorneRecords on the way home. Delighted to find that they had some @expertsleepers #Vinyl in stock. Also picked up the latest album from upcoming starlet, #CoseyFanniTutti .
People are idiots.

First time at @wavetable_ed today. Great evening of electronic music from #AndrewOstler, #SteveReid and #AlessandroMastroianni.

Only slight downside, was me with wallet stuffed with cash hoping for merch. Merch available but no one appeared to be selling it at the end before I had to leave to catch my bus home. 😞

Maybe try to get hold of it before the start, if possible, next time. Now booked up through to the March Weekender. Looking forward to @FieldLinesCartographer and @sjbucks then.

Latest package from @werrafoxma includes the latest magazine with a #Dohnavur remix cover disc, the last two sub club releases for 2022 - from @MikeKSmith and @thomasragsmusic - and my order for the latest #BurialGrid album.
Another delivery today. #Vinyl from #Pulselovers
on @subexotic and #cassette from #Chihuahua on #CruelNatureRecords. Combined with two #CD purchases in the Morningside #OxfamEdinburgh
shop - a #Buzzcocks
compilation of early singles and an album from #Tes on #LexRecords.
#NowPlaying️ The greatest pop album of all time? Maybe not but certainly worth buying at least three times. RIP Alan, the music lives on.
