Dear brilliant folks of the Don, I have a very leery of social media friend who is intrigued by what I've been telling him of Mastodon and is looking for an instance to join.

I am trying to get him here but he wants an instance for someone who is an:

Know of any good fits? #mastodon #instances

Mozilla is asking for your opinion about what it's doing, and the survey appears to be aimed at getting you used to the idea that "AI" will become an integral focus area.

I told them that I want Mozilla to focus SOLELY on improving Firefox and Thunderbird, with zero AI in the product.

Republican Donald Trump pushes far-Right conspiracy theories, calls for mass deportations, and for the military to shoot protesters. Democrat Kamala...

A truly Christian postliberalism would imagine and enact an alternative modernity with a different standard of progress.

Been thinking about the John Kelly interview all morning.

I liked what #podsaveamerica said this morning about if Republicans like Kelly really believed he was this dangerous they should be doing more to stop Trump.

I am of the opinion that we need to believe people when they tell us who they are. I think some folks voting for Trump think he doesn't mean it. BUT I think there are plenty who actually want him to do what he is saying, hoping he will not only win but can take out resentments.
