We are collecting the IV curve of my DIY cells. It was a bit disappointing that they are maximum 2% (although that’s not the point). The point is to prove they can produce unique and reproducible IV curve so each cell can be identified and distinguished from other cell. After PCA the IV curves of all cells, the result seems promising.

Usually the sintering of the TiO2 layer of the DSSC is at or above 500°C to form the nano porous structure for dye pigment fillings. Here is some experimental part when it’s at 520°C to soften the glass..
