Haven’t been on here in a while. Life keeps me so busy in many forms.

I am nervous to ask but think this would be a good space to ask. I feel like I would be judged elsewhere.
I have been struggling to find my place in an organization. As a mom cannot commit like I want to but my kids are so small and need me. I barely even have a social life or time for myself. Can anyone provide tips to connect with organizations so I can find my place to be an effective community member?
