This cute little steam loco was in use for 74 years until 1986 in a large paper mill in #BergischGladbach, Germany.

Build very simple, it has no boiler but a large steam vessel to be filled by the power plant that belonged to the paper mill. With one steam fill-up the loco could ran for up to 4 hours.

These lovely red saprophytic #fungi live on dead wood. I found them in northern #CostaRica. I am not an expert in fungi, but I think it could be #PycnoporusCinnabarius, maybe, someone knows better.

Interesting to see how workers in an #abandoned textile factory in eastern Germany were deprived of privacy at the toilet. The bosses of course had their own separate toilets. That's was real #socialism used to be before the German unification. 👩‍🏭 😭
