If liberal-to-moderate mainstream Christianity and MAGA Christianity are both Christianity, what is Christianity?
Lots of atheists go through various "angry atheist" phases. I've had at least two that lasted a while. I only regret one of them.
Do Bigfoot creatures exist? I don’t know, but it strikes me as quite unlikely. It would be cool if they did, but that isn’t an adequate basis for believing that they do. And yet, it would not occur to me to claim that I know they don’t exist. How could I know that?
I believe that bigotry toward atheists in the United States has declined during my lifetime. That said, it only takes a few minutes at https://www.reddit.com/r/atheism/ to remind me that atheists are still facing far too much of it.
