Weird and wonderful graphical things.
@squidlarkin now that this is reality is it possible to replace this with making the toot button make various train noises when pressed?

JPDefinitely agree with folks who are saying you should be able to opt out (specific posts or your entire account) of the public timeline. Put each user in full control of their privacy.
@maize it'd be the desktop version, where there's 30% of the screen empty that I'd like to see expand to fit.
I will appreciate it when mastodon actually utilises screen real estate and expands all these columns!
