Prefer the specific to the general, the definite to the vague, the concrete to the abstract.
Whilst standing in a packed train, just outside the toilet door, I learnt my first word in Braille; every cloud has a silver lining.
I haven't moved for a couple of hours... this sleeping cat decides what I can and can't do!

An avocado stone, thrown into the compost heap, produced this plant, which survived the slug attacks during a wet British summer. Now brought in to help it survive the winter. Will it survive from the cat's claws, I wonder... I hope so!
