I’ve been receiving “Apple Developer Program License Agreement updated” notifications in Helm and AppFigures, but all the agreements appear to be up-to-date. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Submitted two apps 7 hours apart. The second one went into review first and is already approved. The first is still waiting. No explanation, no logic, no consistency. The App Store review process has gotten so bad lately it's starting to feel like 2009. This is not how you treat developers trying to build businesses on your platform.

Motorist was approved within a couple of hours. Screens for Mac and iOS still waiting for review 3 days later while the visionOS version was finally approved. Go figure.
On the other hand, TestFlight builds were approved within just a few hours of submission. 🤷‍♂️
