A colourful sketch of a kea I had some fun sketching and adding colour to a couple of weeks ago, mostly wax pencils.

In fall I drink deeply the wind and gather myself, storing strength away in deep cellars.
In winter I endure cold, rain, and snow. With the trees I bear and bend against nature's might.
And in spring, the flowers remind me why.
