Very excited to announce our latest publication in Nucleic Acids Research!
https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkae902

It provides an update on the content and tools of the EnteroBase platform for web-based pathogen genomic surveillance. Great international collaboration among #WarwickUniversity, #SoochowUniversity, @ForschungszentrumBorstel, @DrKatHolt and @dsmz, as part of #dzif and #pangens.

Metabolomics Hot Topic Discussion: Compound Identification in Metabolomics Studies

Scheduled for Wednesday February 1st (14.00 - 16.30 UK time) Summary: The assignment of a chemical structure to detected features in mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy metabolomics studies can be a hurdle in generating biological knowledge from metabolomics studies. New technologies, resources and analytical methods have been developed which overcome some of the hurdles. In this hot topic discussion workshop we will present current state-of-the-art and important considerations in compound identification in metabolomics as well as discuss the current state-of-the-art to present in a published discussion paper.
