ah ok it's underneath that in the hidden "Runner Image Provisioner" and "Runner Image" bits. I have confirmed that I'm still running the previous image. I'm specifying "runs-on: ubuntu-latest".

I think the windows laptop that I use for work could benefit from being placed on a Grounding Mat. Lord knows I do so many other little superstitious rituals with this thing.
