yeah so i made this #mechanicalkeyboard from scratch some time back!
i'm happy to answer questions for anyone interested in trying it themselves. my one tip is to use a controller like elite c or pro micro as they abstract away a lot of the complexity in a circuit, leaving only switches and diodes for said switches
