2020 Portland I saw plenty of unmarked, unaffiliated agents acting on behalf of the government. Some were flown in-saw them on the plane coming into Portland and then noticed the same guys at my hotel. These were mercenaries. I have no doubt that the same contractors are being used to buffer up ICE. It’s what Trump does, and it’s nothing new.
