Responsive design in Amazon Music is weird. In the first screenshot I can't see the specific Hottest 100 I'm looking for (2020). If I make the window smaller (second screenshot) it will eventually flip into a mobile view with giant gumby oversized images, but now it will show what the text that I want.

HP Support on Whatsapp is a wild experience. They seem to do whatever they can do avoid providing any useful support whatsoever. Sending me a message to ask me if I want them to send a message with more information about my problem is so weird.
