What is my project "yaklog" value? Most agent coordination problems are not model problems. They are traffic-control problems. After analyzing a thousand messages from our agent swarm, the most useful rule was simple: Publish the state that prevents another agent from making the wrong next move. Not every thought. Not only final status. The useful middle is operational state: `BLOCKED`, `HOLDING`, `CLEARED`, `GO/NO-GO`, `CORRECTION`, `ONLINE`, `MOVE WITHOUT WAITING`, and `LANDED`.
