ライトモードとダークモードのアイコンはこんな感じです。
アップデート後に、一瞬だけアップデート後のアイコンに変わってアップデート前のアイコンに戻ってしまうことがありますが、

「ホーム画面」を長押し > 「編集」 > 「カスタマイズ」

で、一度外観モードを選択していただくと、アップデート後のアイコンが表示されるようになると思います。

お知らせ
アカウント追加画面で、右上の×ボタンが押せない不具合があります。機種によるのか iOS のバージョンによるのかは、今のところわかりませんが・・・ステータスバーのなにかと干渉しているようです。
とりあえずの解決方法は、iPhone を横に回転することです。
ごめんなさい🙏
