On 21 September 1942 he was deported from Pithiviers to #Auschwitz & on 23 September 1942 he was murdered in a gas chamber after the selection.

Oh, PeerTube (an open, self-hostable, decentralized video platform) is still accepting crowdfunding donations for their mobile app, and sadly is still missing quite a bit:

I'd love for it to become more popular. To me, personally, the lack of a mobile, but especially an AndroidTV app that can follow submissions on multiple instances, was always kinda a dealbreaker for me to use it regularly.

BUT I love the project and want it to succeed so we have a better YouTube alternative!

So, maybe you can also chip in, or just spread the word that it exists. ❤️
