@marcoarment really hope that the next version includes playlist sorting of shortest to longest duration. My podcasts needs would be forever complete.

@atpfm quickly commenting on replacements. Not sure how rare but got an m4 pro 14” when apple damaged my M1 Pro MBP. Took in for battery under AppleCare. They called and said it was damaged and had a new laptop for me. Had hoped I could pay difference and get a 2tb instead of 1tb, but lady said that she tried that but it had to be an in stock item.

@marcoarment I saw an F1 thing in the Wallet app this morning. I’m not too smart just tinker around, but I use NextDNS to block ads in the Apple News app (which I have plus as a premier one subscriber). Have it set to “ *.iadsdk.apple.com → 127.0.0.1” and I don’t see ads in Apple News.
I wonder if there’s a way to do that for the spammy stuff. Like Final Cut Pro ads in iMovie.

@overcastfm if this app were to ever get one, maybe two things, my life would be forever complete…
1. a playlist setting to sort by duration, for example, from shortest episode to longest episodes. then I could knock out the little short podcast before the long form ones.
2. chapter selection so that I could easily skip the chapters I am not interested in.

thanks for your work on this app. podcasts are my best friends.

@atpfm short feedback question for next show? redesign. I am 41 and got my first Mac during 10.2. Is the reason I love the Aqua design and wish there was some kind of retro aqua theme because I long for those nostalgic years? Or if 2003 had been plain and flat and now was Aqua would I long for plain and flat just because it was when I was new to Mac?
Like Marco saying you use something because you like it and the way it looks. Would we love a retroAqua OS b/c of its looks or midlife nostalgia?

I thought I knew "everything" but I immediately noticed that it says 10.5.9 when I thought that 10.5.8 was the last build (I also still have a 12" G4). What is the story behind 10.5.9?
