@davatron5000 I’m not sure what your caloric or muscle growth goals are, but have you considered fasting? I started by removing one of my meals for a few years, which saved me at least $10 per day. Three years later, I’m down to just one meal, and I feel great. The only other thing I pay for is electrolytes, which cost me around $40 per month. I’m not suggesting you starve yourself right away, but fasting definitely has benefits for both health and finances.
