He eventually got the seat pole out and I was able to ride the bike home. But it was amusing to watch him try to pry it out for like 5 minutes.

It not only happened to my listings but any new ones I create. And my account is in good standing so it's not that. I try to tell them all the things they suggested that I try the last time, so hopefully I don't have to go through their basic troubleshooting questions again.
