Now the owner of house A complains saying that the two houses are virtually identical, and the plots on which they are build are similar/identical.

He requires a justification for the different evaluations, and an explanation why.

Does IA know how to explain decisions taken ?

However how fantastic it works
However fantastic the applications it creates
(note: you do not create it the tool does it)
You can keep it
I want to be able to develop apps
without AI interference
in the old way
and to be able to market them as such
I want to live the WOW moment when I discover, not when someone explains it.
