Vishal Thennarasu Kayalvizhi clocked a historic 44.98 seconds at the National Senior Athletics Federation Competition in Ranchi, becoming the fastest Indian ever over 400m!
Women’s National Record
Hima Das continues to inspire with her incredible 50.79 seconds, achieved at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta .
