Today, in adventures with detailing MEP systems, I need to figure out a cohesive way to depict on a plan how there are actually 2 concrete penetrations for these 2" vent pipes. I model in each sleeve because there are post tension cables in thes 10" thick concrete slabs, so if it means moving a vent a few inches to keep the building structurally more sound, then I can do that. I guess. :)
In this case I will put in a section view and ask the General Contractor if those will even be ok on the slab edge, there is usually metal edging and a LOT of rebar there too.
PS, the larger penetrations are toilets. Because pooping is important!
