I look through lists of instances and they’re all specific and tailored to these great interests and area etc but then I’m like “fuck I don’t have any hobbies”

My bf and I have been starting to intermittent fast (like 16/8 method or one meal a day) and it’s been pretty doable so far.
Yesterday we were both pretty hungry around dinner so we made this DELICIOUS Keto meal of cauliflower rice, pork, spinach, cheese and avocado to top it.
But being the gluttons we are we ate big portions and then felt way too stuffed. Rookie mistake after eating smaller and smaller portions.
But the high fat/low carb combo works! I’ve not felt hungry today
