Anyway, if you are considering a New Year's resolution but are worried that you will 'fail', if you approach it as giving something new a try then there is no failure, just realizing meh that doesn't work for me.

Some of my resolutions became permanent habits that I can't imagine not doing, some made a meaningful change for a couple of years, and others, like the No card, just weren't for me.
