The irony of having an eating disorder and being on a food-related instance! Well, you still gotta eat. Will be heavy on paleo and whole foods, light on carbs.
This lovely book of typical Argentinian "home cooking" was written by a journalist and his wife in the nineties. The veggie dishes in particular aren't complicated.
If I make any of these dishes while I'm still here, they'll come out great because of the quality of fresh food here. It's easy to keep recipes simple when your ingredients are top quality.
