This lovely book of typical Argentinian "home cooking" was written by a journalist and his wife in the nineties. The veggie dishes in particular aren't complicated.
If I make any of these dishes while I'm still here, they'll come out great because of the quality of fresh food here. It's easy to keep recipes simple when your ingredients are top quality.
