We have exciting news! A second variety of Stylophora is now available at TerraReef!

We sourced one small frag from a vendor who claims to "quarantine" their livestock and sells 100% aquacultured corals. We then quarantined it for 246 days, removed the frag plugs, and dipped multiple times. Since 8/11/2022 it's been in propagation here.

We now offer both "stock" frags (non-WYSIWYG) and WYSIWYG frags!

We shared another photo of this loose “Project X Fungia” plate recently, but it had just been moved before that photograph. A few weeks later it has settled into its spot, opened up, and grown a bit. When stretched out like this it covers the 1.25” frag plug and shows off the gorgeous green edge color. We broke out the 100mm macro lens for this photograph.

A small affordable Micromussa frag recently added to our WYSIWYG page. Neither an Acanthastrea coral nor a soda pop can, so don't call it Acan. :-D
People say they wish they could get larger aquacultured coral, but often we see smaller frags bought up faster. In the coming months we will be working on adding more of both larger and smaller colonies/frags. Anything you are looking for in a larger size? Drop it in the comments, we’d love to know.

Several varieties of coral we have a limited number of frags left in stock. Our mother colonies are doing well & we plan to have all in stock again in the future, but the timeline is uncertain. With limited space in the tanks and limited time some varieties can be out of stock for months at a time.
One example is our Purple Frogspawn coral, which we have limited frags left in stock. These have a really interesting story behind them which you can read in the product description on the site.

Now after 3 years of growing “Nuclear Trumpets” our mother colonies are doing really well and we are able to offer them at half the price they were when first released!

A lot people are pleasantly surprised at the size of these frags. We have been caring for these corals since sometime in 2010. We have made hundreds of frags of these corals and grown multiple colonies over 14" in diameter.
