Been finding bundled pairs of socks all over the house and found the culprit…
Every time I use CSS Grid I marvel at how easy layout is now.

Cheeky bonus Apple threw into iOS26.1: you can finally turn off that annoying (and pretty redundant) 'swipe to open camera' feature on the Lock Screen.

I have that Camera Control button now, and I could assign the Camera to my Action Button or even add a 'control' to the bottom of my lock screen if I wanted it to be screen-activated.

No more somehow accidentally opening my camera from my pocket and draining the battery until I notice how hot my phone is 😅

Well I like this! Instead of the sledgehammer-to-crack-a-nut workaround of turning on reduce transparency and high contrast modes, with iOS26.1 you can just 'tint' the Liquid Glass UI.

Settings → Display & Brightness → Liquid Glass → Tinted

My eldest got a tour of St. James' Park today, as part of a small group from her school. She's has come home very excited and brought me a wee present with her pocket money 🥰

Watched The Damned United last night. I knew the story, but it was great to see it brought to life. The best bit was that I spotted my friend Ant in one of the scenes!
